Materials:
2 balls Jo Sharp Silkroad (93 yds each)
1 ball Portrait-double strand-use a strand from the center & a strand from
the outside of ball (164 yds)
7 mm (US #10.5) needles
Diagonal Pattern
R 1: K 1, inc 1 st in next st, k to last 2 sts, k 2 tog
R 2: K
Stripe Pattern
5 ridges Silkroad
2 ridges Portrait
5 ridges Silkroad,
2 ridges Portrait
2 ridges Silkroad
1 ridge Portrait
2 ridges Silkroad
2 ridges Portrait
Repeat for stripe pattern.
Note: work your tails in as you go and keep them fairly short, or you will run out of yarn.
Using Silkroad, CO 30 sts. Work Diagonal Pattern in Stripe Pattern. Repeat Stripe Pattern 5 times. End with 5 ridges Silkroad, 2 ridges Portrait, 5 ridges Silkroad.
